Fix the Village and Save the Children

 Grandmothers, Mothers and Women, (GMW) black lives matter as well as all life; but our children of color is having a most difficult time from the over proliferation of guns in our country and communities. too many of our children have an easier access to weapons, including AK 15-47 than fresh-fruits in too many of our neighborhoods.

Adults are stockpiling guns to protect themselves, and taking drugs to cope with the stress of everyday life; our children are emulating what they see and, are afraid also. They are getting their drugs from our medicine cabins, and illegally, in the streets. 

According to the Jason Foundation, the overall, suicide is the 3rd leading cause of death for our youth 14-24. These tools are being used by them to either kill themselves or each.  

GMW, our policepersons does an excellent job, but there are those who abuse their authority, and persons of color suffers the consequences of that behavior.  we expect more from the men and women in uniform; we trust them to protect us our country and our children. Let me say this: The Good Police Officers  knows exactly what we mean,and should not offended.

GMW, when we put feet to our words, we will create a better world for all of us, village by village.

IT TAKES A VILLAGE TO RAISE A CHILD.
